Activities Schedule
Western Village RV Park presents a complete schedule of events and planned activities throughout the camping season. In addition, a wide range of outstanding events are held outside of the campground but in the immediate area. Use the following calendar as a guide when making your plans and choosing the time of your stays. In addition to these scheduled events, thanks to our long list of recreational amenities, a wide range of spontaneous activities is likely to be taking place at any given time.

| April 4-6 | Opening Weekend: Welcome back campers, kick off weekend to a great 2025 season. |
| April 11-13 | Settle back in and relax and get ready for some camping fun. |
| April 18-20 | Easter Weekend: Who’s ready for some easter fun? Hop on over to Western Village. Join us for crafts, egg hunts (adult & kids) and more. |
| April 25-27 | Carlisle Spring Car Show at the Carlisle Fairgrounds, only 3.5 miles from Western Village. |

| May 2-4 | Cinco De Mayo Weekend: It’s Fiesta time! Join us for scavenger hunt, taco bar, piñata, DJ and a great time! |
| May 9-11 | Mother’s Day Weekend: It’s all about Mom! Celebrate the special woman in your life with a Painting Party with wine and cheese, gift card bingo and more, then end the night with DJ and Karaoke with Mom. |
| May 23-26 | Memorial Day Weekend: Let’s celebrate and honor those men and women who served and fought for this great country! Join us for all the fun, including golf cart rodeo, poker run, Chinese auction, crafts, games and so much more. Friday night: The LeBlancs. Saturday night: Swift Kick. Sunday night: Nate Myers and the Aces. |

| May 30 - June 1 | Spring into Summer Weekend: Get ready for summer fun to begin. The pool will open this weekend, so come hang out with us and get your summer started with crafts, tie-dye, face painting, bouncy house and much more. Saturday night: Long Shot. |
| June 6-8 | Ford Nationals Car Show at the Carlisle Fairgrounds, only 3.5 miles from Western Village. |
| June 13-15 | Father’s Day Weekend: Let’s celebrate all the great fathers! Join in the fun with a cornhole tournament, hayride, poker run, wings and brews, and more. Followed by a jam session at the fire pit to end the night. If you play an instrument, please come and join in! |
| June 20-22 | GM Nationals and Redneck Weekend: It’s time for our 2nd annual pig roast! We are fixin to have some hillbilly fun! Come hang out and play some games, tournaments, crafts, redneck trivia and more Saturday: Famous Rumors. |
| June 27-29 | Chocolate Weekend: It’s gonna be a sweet weekend with all things chocolate, including chocolate slip n slide, pie eating contest, candy hunt, guessing game and so much more! Saturday: Mid-life Crisis. |

| July 3-6 | 4th of July: Let’s celebrate the birth of our nation. Red, White and Blue themed activities such as parade, tie-dye, games, craft, baseball, slip n slide and more! Have the golf carts ready for a golf cart rodeo and poker run. Thursday: Jeff “Elvis” Krick. Friday: DJ and fireworks. Saturday: Vertigo Vultures. |
| July 18-20 | Wet n Wild Weekend: Splish splash get ready to get wet, really wet! Join us for all the water fun including wet hayride, slip n slide, sprinkler fun, dunk tank, foam party and more! Saturday: Glow in the dark DJ. |
| July 25-27 | Christmas in July Weekend: Ho, Ho, Ho it’s Christmas time at Western Village! Come meet Santa and decorate cookies, enjoy a snow slip n slide, games, ugly t-shirt contest, and other fun things. Saturday: Love Rocket. |

| August 15-17 | Camper Appreciation Weekend: A big THANK YOU to all our campers! It’s all you this weekend. Join us for lunch, bouncy house, face painting and more on us. Saturday: Darkside on Tap. |

| August 29-31 | Labor Day Weekend: It’s been a great summer, but all good things must come to an end. It’s time to celebrate all your hard work. | September 19-21 | Western Weekend: Howdy, partners! Who’s ready for a rootin tootin good time? A wood carver will be here Friday and Saturday. We will also have crafts, games, a golf cart rodeo and more. Saturday: Runaway Train. |
| September 26-28 | Fall Fest Weekend: Fall is in the air and we will be enjoying it all. Bring those cooking skills and see who will win the wing and chili cookoff for a prize. Fall games, hayrides, a cornhole tournament and bonfire. Saturday: Hometown Strangers. |
